Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been downloaded or accessed. Once the digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at bekturkydyrmaev2003@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5  business days to process your request.

3. Refund Process Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
